Legal Gibberish

I'm not a lawyer. But you're probably not one either. So let me make this as painless as possible.

There is a copyright on EVERYTHING on this website. My artwork, the Flash that makes the galleries work, the website design, the fonts, blah , blah, blah. You don't have to be rocket scientist (or a lawyer) to understand that you cannot use any of the content on this website without permission. It's not hard. If you want to use something, just ask first. We might say yes or we might say no. If you use it without getting permission then your lawyer and my lawyer will end up talking to each other and costing us both more money than we care to spend.


Personal Information

As this is an eCommerce website, I am required by law to say something about the storage of personal information. To save everybody pain and suffering I made this easy. I don't store ANY personal information. All money exchanges hands through snail mail or Pay Pal. And I don't set tracking cookies or even accept banner ads.
